Start to finish, my visit was excellent. I was heard and my issues were addressed. Dr Iversen is fantastic doctor to work with and I'm very lucky to have found him.
Took me 4 months to get an appointment and he cancelled it 12 hour before. Rescheduled and he cancelled that one also. Next available was 9 months out. Don’t bother. Awful. And staff are rude and unhelpful.
I've been a patient of Dr. Iversen for several years and trust his knowledge and advice. He has always shown genuine concern for my various issues and has not hesitated to give me a referral to other physicians if a second opinion seemed appropriate. Also, I've always found the office staff to be quite friendly and helpful. He's a keeper!
Dr. Iversen has been my GP for several years. He's always been attentive and thorough regarding my usual tests and procedures. He's good at explaining his reasons for recommendations and prescriptions. I'm sure I'll live a longer better life due to his input about issues like cholesterol and high blood pressure. Recently he's had to handle my care following a fairly serious car crash the knocked me into next week. A mild concussion left me confused, and other injuries had to be determined and referred out. Dr. Iversen is the best Internal Medicine physician ever. I have been a patient since 2017. People on this forum are complaining about an annoying, nervous personality and long wait times. And he doesn't just "talk to his scribe". He is brilliant and I think his mind thinks at googolplex miles per hour, which may make him seem nervous, though he is not. He speaks quietly, he is kind, and he has a great sense of humor. No, he doesn't know everything, and he will tell you if he doesn't know. But he will then send you to a spec... read more
Always excellent care. Listens fully and asks questions. He does respond quickly to emails and has me come in when it’s not a quick answer. I’ve been a patient almost 7 years, before that I only went to Urgent Care for everything. As former health care personnel, I’m a very good judge. Dr. Iversen is very thorough and sometimes it might be a wait (not often), he’s worth it because he doesn’t make me feel rushed. He has an awesome MA too, very caring and very cheerful. This is the place to go. You can trust your family’s care... read more
Sometimes you will wait longer that what you should but he is well worth the wait.

Dr Iversen was one of the top primary care physicians I've ever gone to. He was thorough, asked good questions to diagnose the condition, and found new treatments for health issues I'd had longterm. Only reason I no longer see him is he moved his practice to a new location. I've not found another satisfactory doctor since.

Dr. Iversen is one of the few doctors who has taken the time to look at my issues as a whole. What he did not fully have answers for he researched or found someone who did have the expertise. When only scheduled for a 20 minutes appointment he has take over an hour, just because HE wanted to make sure nothing was getting missed. He is one of the few doctors I have had that prepares for the appointment by haveing reviewed current test results and note from other providers before I arrive.
