Dr Derrow is an outstanding doctor. However, the administration and billing staff are incompetent and apathetic. Dealing with them is not worth the benefit of seeing a great doctor. If you do see him and are told that a procedure or treatment is covered by insurance, DO NOT BELIEVE them. They don't know and when the claim is denied all they say is sorry and you're stuck with the bill. You're better of to find a good doctor that has a capable staff too.
Excellent physician. I was a patient of dr. DERROW FOR 30 odd years. He treated me with care and concern for my well being.from diabetes to appendicitis, serious heart conditions and many other conditions. He is a very serious minded, no nonsense person. I moved to kissimmee to be closer to family. I miss my doctor very much. Thanks so very much dr.DERROW. BOBBY WARREN
