They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. There was lots of available parking at DAVID MARTIN, DC's office. I would recommend DAVID MARTIN, DC to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. Martin Chiropractic's office was clean enough. The office staff is a little unprofessional.
