Be careful with their billing practices. I've just received my first bill from a car accident over 5 years ago that was handled through an attorney. The attorney paid the agreed upon rate and now 5 years later this office is trying to collect for a balance due. I've never been notifed that there was a balance due nor have I received an itemized statement explaining this balance due. I know times are tough but is this what doctors offices are going to do to collect more revenue? Something to think about.
