My Grandfather spend the last 4 months at Martin Boyd. He was given top rate care. The staff was incredible even on the night of his death. There were many times we were there visiting and his nurse Mrs. Cindy would come in and ask to pray with him. Everyone was so caring and kind to him in his stay there. My grandfather especially loved the desserts he got to eat at lunch. It always made me smile.
Years ago I did senior home care and a few of my clients were at Martin Boyd. Later my Grandma Piatt was there and now my other grandmother is there in the Alzheimer's care wing and the staff is nothing short of amazing and always has been in the twenty years I've been around there. You don't normally think of nursing homes as such wonderful places but this one stands out and leads the way. It's more like a home away from home for our loved ones. I can't say enough good things about them!
