Was not able to get a return message of phone call, finally after I called again, the unit I was interested in had sold. Not sure they want to sell cars🤷♂️.
Robert is very unprofessional. I’ll make this recommendation (or lack there of) as short as possible) He doesn’t get to the car lot at opening and when you call to inquire about a vehicle he says he’s on his way. 30 mins later still hasn’t shown up, call says he’s 5 mins away, 30 mins later he says be there in a second, An hour later still not there. Todd was very nice, and gave me no pressure when I was car shopping. His customer service, exceeds any other dealership I have ever worked with-- fresh oil change and full tank of gas, detailed car, some may call that standard, but he noticed right before I left that one of the windshield wipers needed to be replaced and it was supposed to storm within a few hours.
