Great family-owned business & was referred by a local Stinson appliance guy. He only deals with them & for good reason. You may find tiny but lower prices nearby, but they will make service calls for first year of the appliances life. Repair or replace is anything goes wrong. Very personable, fast & reliable service. Gem in Marin! Chris helped me & he was very informative & helped me make the right choice & it ended up being even cheaper. Very pleased!!

I scheduled an appointment with an 'expert' at Sears. She didn't show up. I tried to call Home Depot but no one answered the phone in the appliance department. So I drove to Martin and Harris and spoke to Mike and Chris, who have over 40 years experience. I was undecided between a Maytag and Kitchen Aid. Chris pointed out the control panel warranty on the Kitchen Aid was 5 years, but just one year on the Maytag. That decided it for me. We have had a VERY positive experience with Martin and Harris! Afeek in parts, Fred in repairs, and Nick in sales are as good as you can get. Each of these employees are tops in their field. Enjoy your experience with them! I purchased both a cooktop and washer/dryer!

I'm a property manager and had been using another service company for 15 or 20 years. They would get to an appliance problem within a week or so. When the refrigerator at my house broke down I couldn't wait, so I called Martin & Harris. Fred came to the house the next day and replaced the failed sensor. I also asked him about an ongoing problem I'd had with the icemaker which my old repair company had worked on several times over the years. Fred said it needed a new part. We won't buy appliances from anywhere else ever again. Martin & Harris proves that proper customer service is not dead - in fact, it's alive and kicking. We had a horrible experience with seeking repairs from another appliance vendor and decided to purchase a new refrigerator from Martin & Harris. They were awesome moving in the new one and taking out the old! When we had some issues with the ice maker six months later, we called them up and scheduled repairs. Charlie was wonderful checking my electric oven calibration-courteous, high level of professionalism & clear communication on timing.Lastly, fee was reasonable too. Highly recommend this business.
