Michael, Paul, and the rest of the team at M&H did an incredible job today. First they flawlessly delivered a new refrigerator up a ton of stairs at my apartment, and kindly removed the old one that's almost dead, again down the ridiculous stairs. I bought a replacement oven for one that I purchased somewhere else which did not fit (first attempt). I should have come to Martin & Harris in the first place. The guy who came to install this one, Shaun Burr, is a contractor for Martin & Harris and he was awesome. When it was delivered he tried to install it (second attempt) but I needed some cabinet work done before it could go in. I had the work done and he came back for another try (third attempt.) It was time to replace a 20 year old dishwasher. I prefer to buy appliances at a locally based appliance store. Martin and Harris did not disappoint. They had the brand we decided on after web based research (Consumer Reports et al). The salesperson explained our options, we made choice and the salesman told us to measure counter height before we closed the deal. Really nice salesmen, great deliverymen, quality products. Not only is the service great but so are the prices. Better quality for less money than you could find at any of the chains. I priced a lot of places around the Bay and these guys were the best. I've used them a few times since and they always come through for me. Excellent in every respect.

I had a really great experience here. I would absolutely recommend Martin & Harris. In 15 minutes I had found a fridge at a price point that worked for me, experienced great customer service, had paid and was out the door. They delivered the fridge for free two days later. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I needed the door to open the other way and they made sure to have that taken care of before it was delivered. I have purchased various appliances here over the last 24 years and always been happy with my purchase. This morning the service dept really made my day by fixing my fridge which had gone crazy overnight! Freezer was way way too cold and fridge too warm! Of course, the service dept is very busy, but one of the technicians (Dan) happened to be nearby my house at the time i called and he stopped by to check things out. He diagnosed that it needed a new control board, and got the job done fast and got things back up and running... read more

After spending time in big box store hell, trying to get a defective appliance replaced, I went to martin and hartis for a washer dryer and a range. They delivered on time and installed in the same trip (not so with pacific sales, they don't mention you need two appointments, often leaving this up to you to discover and rectify on your own, taking extra time off work!). I am very happy with the service, the price and the quality of appliances.

Purchased a dishwasher from M&H 2 years ago and had a very odd problem. Water gushing from the left top of the door side . Yikes! Called for help. M&H send out a repair man and after some puzzle solving fixed the issue. Screw (left side) holding the dishwasher to the top of the counter had worked loose and was preventing the door to close completely = major leak. Tightened screw = all is well. Minimal charge. Done! Thanks!
