If you do decide to move here, take plenty of video and photos before moving in. I advise you to have a lawyer ready and know your rights as a tenant because you will be violated. In March of 2024, after paying the deposit and fees, my move in date was pushed back by about a week. I arrived to the complex on the new date and still had to wait for hours because the maintenance team was "getting the unit ready". We walked in and the unit was filled with cigarette smoke. DO NOT RECOMMEND 1st of all they don’t look like the pictures at all they are small and ugly inside poor work done to them everything was spray painted all ugly there was rust all over the sinks . Had a lot of problems when moving in plugs didn’t work heater never worked smelled like burnt when turned on and fire alarm went off , when our ac is turned of for a while then turned back on starts to leak water ,food processor never worked , place was infested with roaches .
