I came to this shopping center to get haircuts for my brother(who is white) and was once again reminded of how disrespectful and dismissive the service in this area can be—especially toward Black customers. The receptionist was polite, but the stylist in the back gave one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever seen. I don’t often write bad reviews. I came here to get my hair colored and I ended up a striped highlighted skunk from the 90’s. The haircut was terrible and the color was awful. They partially charged me because of the terrible color. I was still willing to pay, but I was crying when I left and had to go get it redone again.
