From its opening day Martels has always been about firm respectable values. Baldo Herrera, Shop Foreman, joined Martels in June of 1981 with Kenny Hodges, General Manager, coming along on Memorial Day of 1982. Our employees are a family, the Carter family, for example (Henry, Mike, & Josh) came in the beginning and have been with us for 3 generations. I want to THANK Aaron & the Boys at "Martel's Machine Shop" in Odessa, Texas, for their HARD WORK and EXPERT abilities.. Our motel had a damaged Commercial Washing Machine.. That needed new Bearings & Seals on the large Wash Drum. The guys at "Martel's Machine Shop" took the TIME and Patience to get the OLD FROZEN PARTS OFF, and install the New Bearings & Seals.. No other Machine Shop would even tackle this Job. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. You saved our Company a lot of TIME & MONEY!... WELL DONE!
