Waiting forever for the child development dept to call and make appointments for my child’s referrals which were made months ago. They also have zero clue about their own app and it’s not at all user friendly and then they also failed to update my child’s insurance so they decided to bill me directly. 🙄 then they refuse to answer the phone ever. I went to Aspirus With swollen legs and blood pressure of 212/172 I sat in the emergency room for six hours waiting- I left and immediately went to Marshfield clinic and the second I walked in the door. They took me back. They were very kind and very Fast figuring out what my diagnosis was I would go back here 1 million times over
I have no words on how disappointed I am. Very disappointed in my experience. Went on the Weston clinic to get my dad seen because he was in discomfort. They told me they don't take in walk ins and that we had to travel to wausau to go to the walk in there. We get to Wausau walk in and they ask their questions and tell us we have to go to the ER in Weston.
