I was asked to come 40min before my original appointment time to take an X-ray. I checked in at the front desk and then sat waiting for 40min before my name was called! When I was walking back to get my X-ray (now at my original appointment time), I asked the gentleman taking my X-ray if they were behind. Nope! Turns out, my order was put in 5min before he came to get me in the waiting room. Not impressed
Before I walked thru the doors the greater were there with a friendly smile, a can I help you get to your destination. That means a lot when your not feeling well. After that everyone was so nice to help you. Had a smile on their faces. And I felt as they cared about me. I love Marshfield clinic. Also the hospital. In Marshfield. It seemed like every one new you problems and cared. Great place to get better in. I felt that they cared about just you. Makes you get better faster. Thank you Marshfield.
The customer service of this place is really poor to say the least. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Ronan for today (from months ago because it took months to get me in for a major eye issue). Now two days before the appointment I start to get calls regarding my appointment. The person who called, did not leave any details as to why she was calling or what this was about.
