Bad bad bad service. Careless doctors. Careless dentists. Tacked on unnecessary charges. They hire doctors that can barely speak English. I would not recommend going here if you have any other choice. Once again, shame on you Marshfield.
Dr. Cameron is the best.
We had to run all around to get our Dad's paperwork he needed to check out of Sacred Heart hospital across the street. It took almost two hours to find the documents the doctor signed because they gave them to the wrong mail person. This held up our Dad's departure from the hospital for several hours. The administrative staff needs to have a better system for internally transferring documents because this added allot of stress on top of an already stressful situation. Documents are dropped off only three times per day.
Waste of time coming here. No qualified doctors to look at my case so they send a referral out to the university of Minnesota for a specialist but it never got there. Waited well over a month for some word from them but nothing, I had to call them. Was told "oh sorry your referral wasn't sent out" was supposed to see a specialist within 3 to 5 days after my appointment and it's now been well over a month. Way to drop the ball with your patients.
Feels like the fast food version of health care. You're just a number. We'll get you in and out fast as possible. There is no value placed on establishing report or a relationship. In their efforts to keep things moving fast, the doctors are rude and condescending. Like any good fast food restaurant they want you to come back often so everything seems to require 2 or 3 visits - which is very different from my experiences with other health care provider. Here with my mother for her procedure. Was told they were running 1/2 hour late. No problem but after an After an hour we haven't seen a nurse at all to either 1 check on her or 2 give her an update. I went out and asked for an update and the nurse looked at me like I was stupid. All I was told it was getting closer. I simply told the nurse keeping your patients updated our at least checking on then would be nice. The nurse turned and walked away. Very unacceptable customer service.
I don't know why they have greeters that are color blind. I feel that because i am asain I was treated differently as I walked into the clinic. As in example, there's not much acknowledgement if i don't say anything first. Versus, other American families were greeted on spot. It's nothing new being a minority.
