Our experience with Marshall Reddick has been extremely disappointing. When we moved into the property, it was filthy and clearly not well-maintained. The foundation was in terrible condition, the AC broke down repeatedly, and the fences were infested with termites. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, issues were often ignored or took an unreasonable amount of time to fix.
