In and out of the hospital in less than four hours including x rays, ct scan, triage, diagnosis and discharge. Everyone was very friendly and professional!
My 5 year old daughter had to have a full excision and we had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Thayer and his medical assistant Amy!!! I can't express enough how great they were with her.....she was very nervous about the procedure but they made her feel so comfortable that by the time she left she was smiling and laughing.
Im not having a good experience... In alot of pain but the problem seems that here they dont understand what it is to be hard of hearing... No matter what i do they still talk to me like i can hear.... I cant... This is a medical problem.... This is a hospital..... People here need to show a little compassion for the deaf like me... Oh i can nearly hear when i read their lips....
