My daughter had surgery on her ankle at Marshall yesterday. All staff members were great and took fantastic care of her. Thank you!
I just got home from the ER, I waited 5 hours and never saw a Doctor. I needed a stronger antibiotic, a simple problem. I'm from out of town, and my insurance will only allow me to use an emergency room for care. My nurse Ana, was so rude and inattentive, there's a complete lack of empathy and care here. The nurses move slower than turtles and they had one Doctor on staff. Incompetent facility to say the least!
