HAPPY NEW YEAR and THANK YOU to all of the staff at Marshall. And I mean everyone. Especially, but not only the nursing staff which provided a level of competency, concern and commitment above average and every other hospital I’ve been in. Everyone exhibited a level of concern and care well beyond what required their job required. Even the guy that came up with my requested tuna sandwich at three AM. Worst experiences ever! Always get treatment because we don't have their insurance that they want. Latest events husband had to clean his own wound and no medication for pain or a MD note was given. Then on top of that had to wait 5hrs to see MD because according to the two that we're their before the next shift MD came in couldn't help us because we didn't have any money. Then continued to talk about their favorite actors FML. On top of everything ended up with the flu from their poorly maintained facility's. If it's not an... read more

Absolute best care ive seen given by a hospital. Most everyone we met were the kindest caring people. Such a major difference from our local hospital SVMH where you are just a number, and compassionate care is rare

I took my best friend there Wednesday for gall bladder removal.im 48 and my friend and I grew up from babies together.the surgeon happened to miss a vein and she bled 3 units of blood because of it.this place is like a Tijuana chop shop.luckily the ambulance took her to a different hospital,sutter in Folsom.i have to say that if I had lost her from the surgeons major mistake,theres nowhere he could have ran too.they are lucky she made it,but,not so lucky when the legal papers from my lawyer show up.

Just went for a scheduled appointment at their diagnostic imaging center and they had forgotten to schedule the speech therapist needed to conduct the test. When they called to reschedule the appointment, the young lady was quite rude. Began by apologizing, and ended up blaming another speech therapist and then hung up on me. Total lack of professionalism.

I would love to be able to hug the doctor and nurses from yesterday my 14 daughter had her gall bladder removed she had complications they handled to and updated me fast as i was freaking out they stepped in calmed me down they made sure my childs pain level was manged i will be forever greatful
