Rarely have a long wait, staff is great with both my boys, and Dr Thompson goes above and beyond to calm the worries you might have. Both my boys have heart murmurs and she made sure to get them checked. My boys love her so much!

6 year old checkup was today (scheduled a year ago) at Marshall Pediatrics. We signed in at 2:50 for her 3:00 appointment. It was busy, but we went and sat down to wait. People kept going back and finally after 1 hour and 45 min. I was really beginning to question the time. So I decided to ask how much longer. The girl at the desk just casually says "Well you were bumped" Ok....so I ask why I wasn't told when we checked in and she had no answer. Asked how much longer and she couldn't give me an answer. Outstanding service, with a smile! Went as a walk in yesterday and was seen within 10 minutes! Loved Karrie, Jordan, Brock and the others, from reception to checkout great experience! Result of Dr. Niceler's treatment.....Immediate relief! Why did I wait 6 weeks??? Kudos to them all 5 Diamond and 5 Star!!!
Beautiful facility, people are super nice and I was in and out for blood work! Will be coming back �
