Contrary to what others say Marshall handled this situation excellent. If a person don't pay for the services rendered then how can they expect any thing . Like the saying you pay nothing you get nothing. Also Marshall Funeral Home Staff does a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Gina is very unprofessional and does not seem to care about the grieving family members. It took Marshall's 3 weeks to cremate my father; still have not received certificate of death. However to my amazement Gina issued my fathers death certificate to an individual that did not have anything to do with the arrangement nor were they the next of kin. How can you issue a death certificate to a non-family member but not give one to the deceased daughter. REALLY
