thanks sooo much for lying to my face and wasting my time. came in, in person to inquire. Was told there wasn’t a very long wait list for the 3 bed, so i applied. Just to wait over the weekend, i called today and now the wait list is 1-2 years long. That’s ridiculous tbh.

I Can't give more than 5⭐'s in rating Marshall apartment's,What I do know is they definitely deserves More. As far as Property Manager Of The year, Shawanna has by far been the best I’ve dealt with, her willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made my leasing period very easy. Marshall Apt is the best place to live I love manager here they get things done and fixed when needed they keep they yard clean..I have been here for more than 20 years and I just love it
I have been a resident of Marshall Apartments since 1995. I get along with the manager, the staff, and the maintenance crew. What can I say? I like where I live!
