It's difficult to find physicians that take the time to listen. This Doctor did that and I appreciate her for it. (Also, note that although the address is showing as W. Grand Blvd. I saw her on Cherry Hill in Canton)
Liz pick up the phone, asked who she speaking with? Who I'm calling of the behalf of? What's there name? Instead of assisting me properly which was to answer rather they accept medicaid or not. Ask how can you help, if you really care about helping people.
Dr. Is very pleasant and down to earth. She remembers her patients & reviews the chart before starting with you as a patient. She is professional z& very thorough.
