I recently closed my second condo purchase with Marsha Clemons. I will have to say, the first purchase experience was not a fluke. She is THE BEST!! She communicates well. She answers quickly and gets answers for you when needed. She is professional yet very kind and personable and quite simply just knows what she’s doing and does it very well. Marsha was marvelous! My husband found her on Zillow to help us condo shop while we were visiting Orange Beach. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. She listened intently to our wants and needs. She sent many links for condos, for us to peruse before our visit. We enjoyed finally meeting her in person. She was passionate about her job, and her enthusiasm was contagious. We appreciated every detail she took into consideration while working with us. I would highly recommend her!
