I gave blood for years, had to stop because of a cancer surgery over 3 years ago; and was looking forward to starting to donate again. I called the State St. office to make an appointment; and the phone didn't even ring -\-\ it went straight to voicemail; with a message that the mailbox was full. There was no way to talk to anyone; and no way to leave a message. So I drove to the office. I'M REALLY GOING TO MISS SITTING IN THAT CHAIR DONATING FOR CANCER PATIENTS EVERY 2 WEEKS, AS WELL AS MISSING THE STAFF. GOING SOUTH.
