Very disappointed in the service I should have received. Wasted two days waiting on a mechanic to show up and perform a scan/troubleshoot/repair of my vehicle. Both days my availability was confirmed in the AM and no one showed up. As a repeat customer, I will not try to utilize this company again.
Run! A "zero" rating is more appropriate for what I endured with owner. MarsCars placed faulty brakes on my car that lasted enough time for the light to come back on shortly after alleged install. Seven months later, when the bill was financed, paid OFF early, another shop evaluated in 7 months that brakes were in dying need, that led to bad rotors and acknowledged that Marscars should have noticed barron as well, which could made the wheel fall, based on it's current state. DONT USE THIS COMPANY They will rip you off and the “mechanic” don’t know what is going on. They follow Eddie’s lead and if it’s something they have to think about please go somewhere else. Eddie is a scammer, no communication skills, no update on your vehicle. They had my car for 2 months and they disabled the whole thing I had to reap love everything to get it up and running.
