The secretary is rude and has an attitude and is not professional. In terms of the therapy itself, the therapist quality consists of playing a YouTube video for two hours and then asking for remedial feedback. There is a huge lack of oversight and quality of care at these places, and it shows in the treatment. In terms of quality, the only person that actual helped in a thorough manner is the CRS that I had at the company; who went above and beyond. The management/organizational structure is horrible at this company. The employees are scattered and nothing is organized. In terms of payment/money, though, people blow up your phone and answer the phone in an immediate manner. When it comes to therapy and therapeutic quality, no one responds or the response is compartmentalized between a therapist and a client and the needs are minimalized. The IOP classes are crowded and forced via Zoom for profit (even though the pandemic is over) with upwards of 20+ people in a class. H... read more
