We reserved a 1 bedroom villa 3 weeks in advance. Called on the day of check in to confirm our room and was told everything was in order (lie)... Arrived around 6pm. The Hotel lobby is beautiful, waited in a line about 20 minutes to check in. The staff for some odd reason at the counter/lobby were extremely loud, (got a headache kind of loud) so loud that I knew other guest names and private info by just standing in line while waiting our turn.
