This is our home resort. We bought here 14-15 yrs ago when there were just a few buildings. We had no intention of purchasing but the staff and sales person won us over, no pushy “you have to buy today” sales pitch. Haven’t been back here for 5 + yrs but Grande Vista continues to be a great vacation spot for our 4 day get a way. Indira, at the concierge desk, was very helpful with our owners gift and helping get Cirque du Soleil tickets. My husband was in golf school in the morning. I took exercise classes as well as other activities provided by the facility. So many things to do as well as to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Awesome.

Last nights two bedroom unit was fantastic. Upgraded unit with a view of the pool, however that being said overlooking the pool is very noisy past 11pm. Today we are in a three bedroom unit facing the golf course. This unit needs renovations that’s for sure, the patio door doesn’t even slide open and closed. The resort itself is very lovely. Today we seen a turtle swimming around. The pools are warm and large. We had pizza at the restaurant today and it was great! (FYI Pillows in the room are like pancakes, beds are just ok)... read more

Horrible experience. Coldest night of the year and no heat. Maintenance came up to fix but didn't. Should have been there 2 nights but had to leave the next morning due to being so cold in room. Had same problem with others that shared the room the next night. Still no heat. Eventually had to change rooms to get heat. Total bummer of a trip.
