Last Time my family stayed here we had a slight mishap. After contacting management, they assured me that if I stayed again they would make it right. I gave Grande Vista another try and they were able to keep their word. Amazing view overlooking the golf academy, pool was a little crowded and not enough seats. Our waitress Macarena was busting herself around the pool to make sure we were taken care of. To work the entire pool by herself all day, she deserves some sort of recognition on her efforts. Love the service staff and the management team surrounding the resort!!! Doesn’t hurt having pools around every corner with unlimited towels. The food makes you not have to leave the resort too👍🏽Didn’t have a chance to play the course due to the heat but it looked challenging as well as fun 😀 Keep up the great work
The staff were over-the-top friendly and helpful! There was live music, kayak rentals, and lots of other things to do. Only problem is that the drinks are expensive. Other than that it is amazing here!

problem with appliances
Love it here! Also a huge shout out to the lost prevention I lost my medical device that I need in order to live and they found it in minutes and delivered it back to me! 10/10 would recommend the Grande Vista
We usually stay around the corner at the Marriott Harbour Lakes Vacations suites, since kids are a little older we decided to go to Grande Vista. The rooms were nice, clean and updated. The elevators are horribly slow and tend to break down and they are not air conditioned. The pool is also clean and employees are very accommodating but there is the smell of garbage always in the air by the main pool, extremely unpleasant. When we go back we will definitely stay at the Harbor Lake, kids asked to change hotels while there.
