Beautiful resort. Stayed 3 nights but never received housekeeping service. When we complained said we atleast needed more towels since only 2 bath towels were in the room, so they left a garbage bag of towels... the following day we stayed gone and returned to the room still no housekeeping. When we called the staff seem unconcerned and blew us off. They tried to come clean when we napped at 4pm..

This was one of best Marriott's we've stayed in! It was the size of an apartment! Everything was extremely clean and we had no complaints about any of it! Awesome job making our family vacation memorable in a good way!

I'm a Florida resident and the Marriott is where I usually stay which they always have sweet accommodations and entertainment on the premises. This Marriott is one of the best in Orlando.
