This hotel is one I will defiantly stay at again. I never write reviews but they were this good I will take the time to do so. All staff were fantastic and I will always stay here when we come to Pensacola.

My family stayed the weekend at this wonderful hotel, and I can't brag enough about it. The staff is amazing, and the breakfast was so delicious with awesome service. The GM worked the desk alot and always spoke to us when we walked by.

Customer was not good, not friendly at all, $15 parking fee that was listed when I booked. Room had no towels glad I took my own, AC was not blowing cold air, reading lights on the bed were not working, the bed frames were sticking so far out my husband cut his heel. That are is a great area have stayed at many hotels but this one by far was the worse. I tried bringing up my concerns to management and was dismissed. DO NOT RECOMEND. Hotel was fine and staff were nice...DO NOT USE VALET unless you video your car before leaving it with them. I picked up my car on Sunday and noted it was damaged. The attendants then market it as damaged. I talked to the manager, Jim Gump who reviewed video of when I arrived and the time that it was picked up and he noted that the video did not show damage that they could see when I arrived so they were going to file a claim. The claim email came and the company said that the damage was already there when I arrived and ... read more

Very nice stay for the price. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. But it's the staff that give this place the 5 stars. Everyone you meet is exceptionally kind and helpful. I love the new mini-Starbucks and the women who work there. When traveling alone for business, it's nice to come back to a friendly face at the end of the day - so a Special Shout Out to John at the bar who makes you feel welcomed and who makes a mean cocktail. My husband and I recently enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa. From check in to check out, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I want to give a shoutout to Sharon & Val in The Sage restaurant, those ladies made breakfast enjoyable. Also, Vesna in housekeeping made sure I had everything I needed and was always friendly and warm. The staff throughout always had a smile on their face and super helpful. The food was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Had a tremendous stay at Pere Marquette. Loved the hotel! Loved the atmosphere! Loved the amenities! The staff was super friendly! Everyone along the way was fantastic! Especially Lele at the front desk! She was a great help! Patiently answered all my questions with a smile :) Loved the goodie bags too! Kudos on the wonderful popcorn and king size candy bar! So much appreciated! Thank you, Pere Marquette! Will definitely be back!
