dirty room and a.c.not very effective. The bed is very hard and lumpy and had pubic hair On the sheet when turned over. We were absolute too tired to deal with all of this So we just slept on top of the covers. We will not be back here

Beautiful hotel , safe , clean ,quiet but the full size beds are horrible:( . People with medical issues with backs & hips are not recommended for you beds .
Minneapolis Marriott Northwest You are Not in The City of Minneapolis - You are in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Stop misleading the Public & Guests who visit your Hotel. ALSO 'Cute' "Please Do Not Play The Piano" sign in the Hotel Lobby. Why Not Remove the Piano 🎹 if your Hotel Management doesn't want it played?
The workers Worked like clockwork. It was Amazing watching them work.
My husband and I came here the night of our wedding and I was blown away at how nice the staff was. we decided to extend our stay and they were very helpful and we had a great experience. our room was very clean. it felt like nobody ever used the room before us. we went to the restaurant and the food was so delicious! our waiter was so kind and helpful. we will definitely be back for some anniversaries. 💕
This is our third stay here this summer, for stay and play soccer tournaments, but it will be our last ever. We had reserved a room with two doubles many weeks ago, got here Thursday and were told there wasn't any of those rooms left. We were put in a king room (not good for a family), and the first room the floor was soaked and it stink terribly in the room. We got moved to weekday we were told was a concierge suite. Hotel bar was less than desirable. Great potential, but service is extraordinarily underwhelming. Bar not staffed appropriately for the events taking place in the hotel all weekend. Patrons made to actively pursue staff to serve food and drinks. Aside from that, great hotel. Beautiful rooms and layout. Staff outside the restaurant/bar was very welcoming and accommodating.
