Reserved 13th floor or higher river view room. Upon arrival I found I was placed in a 7th floor river view corner room with a spectacular view of the parking garage. Apparently reservations do not reserve a room with this hotel? The bathroom vanity is a tiny triangular design which cannot even accommodate a common shaving kit. Parties going on until 2am in surrounding rooms and doors slamming past 3am. I am an elite member and stay almost exclusively with Marriott. RecommendedThis hotel treated me like family while I was in town for work. From day one I was welcomed with open arms, (socially distanced of course,) they took care of me and made sure I had everything I needed, all while providing comfortable and luxury amenities! I’ll be staying here the next time I visit Miami and I thank Ingrid, Yenni, Yanis, and Orianna and everyone else who gave me great service!
