RecommendedGreat entertainment .. The JLove band was fantastic.
If your looking for services that will make up for closed off amenities during your COVID-19 stay don’t**** choose this location****. They have not gave 1 good impression. They are extremely mean about it all. Nothing special has been added to make up for the amenities and en experiences unavailable. A hotel like Sheraton could do better. Free mask? free hand sanitizer? A free drink? A free towel? Literally anything could make up for the restricted services and poor customer service. I’m very disappointed. I expected more.

Hi I was called two times because the towels was dirty and they never fixed the problem
Birthday ruined!! The pillows feel like bricks. The bed is as hard as the floor. No microwave anywhere. Old coffee creamer that curdles and has made me sick. When I flushed the toilet, the water shot up and sprayed all over myself and the floor. Had to use the towels provided to clean up the mess myself. Gross. Water in shower is cold only. Laundry facility is closed so now I have to go buy clothes. In other words, very unsatisfied with this hotel. RecommendedI reserved the Broadway Suite for my little sister’s 17th birthday and had an amazing time! It was worth every dollar and more. I’ve never seen such a beautiful hotel room; pictures don’t even do it justice. I posted photos/videos to social media and probably answered dozens of messages about the room/hotel! The front desk was so helpful with our many requests and the room was sparkling clean. We visit Nashville a few times a year and are already planning our next visit; we won’t ever stay anywhere else in the city!
