We stayed for 2 nights and although the room was nice, the people working were terrible. I wanted a bag of chips around 8pm and called front desk, they told me vending machines are on every level - she meant they have ice machines on every level. Even ordering room service was a ordeal! For such a expensive hotel they were completely unhelpful! Will never stay here again.
Did not honor spot hero parking reservation, citing full garage.
Aesthetically pleasing and perfectly located, the hotel misses the mark on food availability and quality (room service is sporadic and the restaurant does not impress) and staffing (people just don’t seem happy to be at work). It’s a solid conference facility but things like leaving people to wait in the concierge line and curt attitudes from the phone operator keep this establishment from reaching its potential.
