Staff and view amazing... room service delivered in a brown paper bag, cheesy silverware, cocktail napkins and 6 plastic containers.. disgusted if this is the “new Marriott way!”
RecommendedThe location is idyllic. Gorgeous views over Dana Point harbor. Food is quite good. The pool area was very crowded on Saturday. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired- we had to beg for extra tea bags, creamer and water (!) and the valet took 20 minutes to find our car?!! WTF!!???
I absolutely loved this resort and the service was incredible they treat you like royalty there! The rooms were cool, the view was awesome! This is my new favorite resort in Laguna ! We were celebrating our one year anniversary and we will never forgot it! We will be back!
