Definitely something that was unexpected. I didn't know about the fantastic customer service and experience that I was going to have prior reaching the hotel itself. Friendly employees that did go straight to meet our needs 24/7. The rooms were nice and had a good view alongside it. Took the kids out for the weekend to explore Los Angeles and everything in that nature, was very satisfied with everything and will for sure be going again soon!

Wonderful place! Great views. The staff are nice and friendly . Had a very relaxing massage . Close to nice restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to come back to this place.
