My wife and I had not been to Laguna Cliffs Marriott Spa before, and this was a wedding gift for us from my father. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the refreshments provided by the spa, as well as the clean and comfortable locker rooms. I was happily surprised that it was not crowded, and that the amenities were fully stocked. Our massages were absolutely wonderful! The ladies that provided our massages were professional, skilled, and friendly. I will be returning wuth my wife in the future.

I was disappointed with the service. It was a chore to have someone come out to the pool to order food and drinks. We decided to go to the lobby restaurant and it took forever for someone to recognize us sitting there waiting to be served. After we got someone to come to our table we ordered water and pina colada that took 15 minutes. Great stay ,we had fun will be back when it's warmer �food and customer service was amazing.
Had a conference at this resort, which was spectacular! Room 114 is wonderful. Large deck and you can view the sunrise and the sunset. Staff did a fabulous job! Highly recommended.
