We were looking forward to stay as we had many recommendations. We were charged $485 for a ocean front view instead got a view of the city. When I called the front desk the phone rang for about 8 min and finally gave up.. called again and still no answer. The charge for a city view which is what we were should have been 285.. Miguel in the breakfast area was awesome very quick and responsive and the food was very good...
Beautiful resort. Clean modern rooms. Lovely pool area with splash pad for the kids, wish we could've stayed longer.
As a preferred vendor providing wedding ceremony services as the officiant, I really enjoy working with the Catering team here. They really know how to make an event amazing. The teamwork philosophy they have created between their vendors and their clients works so very well. When I show up to perform a wedding and I see other preferred vendors there I know it's going to be an amazing day for the couples. I wish more venues would have it together as much as this place does.
