Great family resort. My fourth stay at the resort with kids age 6 to 17. Something for everyone. Great restaurants. Terrific service at every turn. Thanks to Maranda at the pool and Kim at Siro. Highly recommend.

Horrible service with the valet parking .. you're paying $25 a day to wait an hour every time you need your car
30 minute wait in the drive to get to the valet station, and a 15 minute wait to check in. Once we got to our room we were truly underwhelmed. The room was clean, but everything was dull and aged. The bed spread was not a crisp white, and the sofa was tired looking. When we went to check out we had to wait almost an hour for the valets to retrieve our car. We will never stay here again
We had a great time. Friendly staff and very attentive. The resort is not only kid friendly but the adults get to enjoy it as well. While the kids are off on their own we get to relax by the pool knowing they are well attended.

I can't believe this place has such great reviews! I stayed one night when I extended my vacation and my other hotel was sold out. When my husband and I pulled up, the valet told us he could not let me out to check in. He said we would have to drive all the way down to the parking garage through TONS of traffic (HUGE, busy hotel) and bring the shuttle back up just to check in and then go back to our car to leave for the night. We had a great time but our room has no mirror that you can see your whole body the only mirror that we have is the bathroom sink no hanging bars for hand towels it looks so boring We fell like we are in a chicken coop difinitely the wierdest room off all the Marriott brands I have stayed. I think this room needs an upgrade.
This was the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at!!!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating!! Everything was so neat and pristeen ! Food was delicious, wait staff was wonderful! The pools were so clean and beautiful!! Rooms kept squeaky clean! Quiet at night !! I just can't say enough good things and I guarantee I will refer this hotel to all my friends and relatives. I live close by, but was visiting my relative who flew here .
