The staff at the hotel and convention center were great! They were friendly, professional, went above and beyond expectations and stayed on top of every detail. Live this venue!
I love the Marriott World Center...We stayed here almost every other month. Just for pleasure. But I am really disappointed on the timeframe on Saturday night with the pool area and bar. We were served last call at 9:45pm on a Saturday night. There is a lot of lost revenue there. It was so crowded and everyone was enjoying the pool and surrounding bar area....especially the FINAL FOUR was showing on all TV screens and the came was still going on....LIGHTS OUT ....that is very disapointing....they should at least stay open un... read more
So we do a lot of staycations ( we actually live here in Orlando ). We have been to this hotel a several times and love it ( it is one of my favorites) everyone is always so nice and courteous but this particular time we met the most spectacular individual at the front desk her name is Jess, so sweet, great personality just an all-around five star kind of person. The staying was very pleasant loved the pool area, I just wish the bathroom space in the room was biger.
Awesome long weekend experience. Spent most of our time poolside. Able and Fernando took great care of us.
Nice pool. Customer service was terrible, very poor communication. Hiring employees who can barely speak English and putting them in roles where they have to communicate with customers isn't a great idea.
My husband stayed here the first week the resort opened. He had great memories of the hotel so I decided to take the kids for a quick couple night getaway. Rooms were nice but the staff made the stay worth every penny. They we helpful and friendly with my kids. I appreciate when people notice them and greet them. The pool and the slides were a blast and my kids loved the laser show. The food court was great for a quick bite and was open until 2am. And not outrageously priced. I would definitely spend time here again!
Love, love, love. Cannot say enough good things about this resort. The only downside was having to leave! Pools are beautiful and fun for the kids (but there's also a quiet one if you don't have kids), massage was amazing. Can't wait to go back.
