Beautiful resort, friendly staff, great food & drinks and fun kids activities. Will definitely stay again!
Great place to stay
We stayed on property 6/27/18-7-2/18. Travel Agent booked this hotel and I would never return. I paid the resort fee 140.00 on the first day. My BFF had a rental car and when she left 7/1/18 she paid for valet services. I checked out 7/2/18 and was handed my bill with 0.00 balance. I was in the taxi to airport less than 5 minutes when I checked my bank account only to find they deducted 140.00 from my account. Amazing resort love the warm welcoming staff and the spa is everything!
Short staffed for NO pool service on a Sunday afternoon going into the 4th of July holiday week. The cable TV was out for almost 24 hours & it has been a total cluster with the valet service. I totally understand the crowds for the holiday but this isn’t your first rodeo Marriott!
Fabulous property ! Probably the best at Orlando.. the laser lights at the pool, water slides, high speed glass elevator - half in half out into the city make it truly unique.. our two bay vista suite was great and so was the service ��
We loved our stay here! There was no need to even leave the hotel with all the restaurants and activities located in the hotel. We will be back!
I'm a Platinum Elite member, and absolutely love Marriott. However, this is not my favorite property by a long shot. The rooms are small, the amenities are lacking, and something has been broke both times we've stayed. First time, it was the A/C. We called to have it looked at, twice. Both times the maintenance man said the reason it wouldn't go below 76 (even at night) was because it was hot outside... that's a complete crock. We requested a different room, but they said they couldn't move us because they were sold out. So ... read more
