The resort amenities were great. Loved the pool area and the slides, laser light show was awesome. Shuttle from the hotel to the Disney areas is very convenient. They need to work on customer service a bit. Our room was never looked after, beds weren’t made, trash was over flowing and we had to call for more towels. High Velocity had great food but the service was not great. The waitress barely checked on us and our bill was charged to the room as well as to my husbands card. The place is absolutely beautiful, rooms were clean! My issue was the WiFi and the unexpected fees ! I will accept full responsibility for not reading the fine print ! But there was a resort fee and the parking was 22 dollars a day and I was not aware of this ! The WiFi code didn’t work because it was only for the rooms not other locations in this building ! Overall Marriott is my favorite brand hotel and i still love them , i was just disappointed �
Orlando World Center Marriott is an amazing place. I bring my family here several times a year. It is very family friendly and the pool is relaxing and enjoyable.
Great property and awesome service.
Great family resort. Friendly staff. So much to do. 2 nights stay not enough to take advantage of all they offer. The animal exhibit for kids was amazing! The guy was great. Got to hold a snake, gator, and learn about nature was free. The pool volleyball was highlight for our family. Seeing kids of all races joined to play friendly games is priceless. Amazing hotel, great staff..pool is very nice and big but they closed every night we were there. The only thing was something was locked in the safe and it blew up and made our room smell like throw up but security took care of it.
We had a wonderful time!!! My family and I stayed here for a week (July 21st-28th) "Family Vacation" Hotel was beautiful, room was great overlooking the pool on the 21st floor. Great view from the glass elevators that zipped us up to our floor in no time. Hotel ground was very clean. My children enjoyed the Falls Pool Oasis, water slides, Walt Disney World Shuttle, and nightly Lazer Light Show! There are plenty of food options..
