Great family vacation
Lovely resort. We had so much fun. Spent hours at the pool every day, and enjoyed the light show they had at night!
Absolutely enjoyed it. So much that I’m going back for a week in July 😍😁
This is my 3rd time staying at this resort. A very nice, fun and relaxing resort. Only 5 minutes from the Disney parks. �
This is a great resort. The staff friendliness and attention is awesome. I want to thank Trisha, Ivy, and Kimberly for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to keep us informed and happy. Kimberly prepared a lemon, and honey tea for my sore thought. Thanks for your outstanding service. Keep the great work. The amenities were superb!
The hotel is beautiful but our room had black mold in it and a very dirty air filter! I got sick and I think it was from those things! The internet service was horrible.
Awesome Plexus Convention!!!
Overall a lovely venue but the food although good was very expensive and sometimes impossible to obtain due to not enough venues for the number of people. Unfortunately there was a lot of dust in our room and I found myself dusting areas. I was not able to get WiFi for the whole three days which was frustrating since I wanted to conduct some important stay related business during our convention. The workers that I interacted with were very nice but they could not correct the problems mentioned.
