Not a favorite. ..good for conventions..staff needs training on customer relations..too many other places to stay

I stayed at the Marriott this past weekend for a staycation (we are from Orlando) we usually stay at the Ritz and after this past weekend we will not stay any where else except for the World Marriott. Where do I begin? The city of Orlando was absolutely amazing. We arrived from downstate N.Y. into incredible weather. The hotel was an unbelievable sight. The concierge staff were professional and courteous. The amenities in the hotel were plentiful. Siro, and Starbucks were a godsend. We traveled with a 2 year old who couldn't wait to see Mickey Mouse. Room service saved us on rainy days (2 days it rained). We would stay at the World Center Marriott again without hesitation.
