Love it! So Beautiful and Relaxing.
People need to know what this hotel is REALLY like! I've been coming here from Australia for the past 5 years and it's progressively got worse, however this trip will be our last. Let me explain to you how they treat a Marriott Elite Gold member. I booked two rooms with "pool views", and we have pool views alright... of the tiny pool out the back which I cannot even go in to since I am about 40 years too young to enter! Hotel is nice. Pool is gorgeous although I haven't been to it. My room overlooks it. The food prices are ridiculous and they charge $15-18 a day for internet access. I had fish and vegetables today $18. It was a piece of fish smaller than McDonald's filetofish and the vegetables were wilted greens cherry tomatoes with some nasty dressing. Food gets a thumbs down so far. Hotel staff are excellent and friendly. Accommodations are nice but nothing fancy. Rooms are clean
Stayed here last weekend for our soccer tourney. Would not go back. They were not honest about the price and the housekeeping/service was awful... Stay at the Grand Hyatt!

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed at!! I am here for Easter weekend and my 3 yr old daughter is having a blast!! Between the egg hunt and all the other Activities she's sooo happy!!! Thank you to Luis Rodriguez at the front desk for making our stay as memorable as possible!! And thank you to the entire staff here!! Everyone is so happy and polite!!! I will definitely be back !!!
