Marrins Moving moved me via North American Movers from Cary, NC to Fort Collins, Colorado. They either lost or stole approximately $5000 of our property. I was insured through them and submitted a claim that was denied. They are unethical and dishonest.
RecommendedVery gentle with my stuff, and friendly people. They asked questions when they didn’t know where to put things and were patient with my instructions they were beyond amazing and the prices were amazing!
Worst company ever broke my bed and multiple glasses and no refund. Don’t use them.

All our clothes were removed from wardrobe boxes and scattered around the truck wrapped in moving blankets. I have no way of knowing what arrived and what didn't, as this rendered the itemized inventory list useless. I know I'm missing at least 2 boxes of suits. Also a set of golf clubs and a professional grade leaf blower. AND I haven't heard anything about the claim I filed last September. I cannot recommend this company as they treated our belongings so unprofessionally and have avoided taking responsibility.

I have been getting the run around for almost two months on a reimbursement. They do not respond to emails or phone calls after initially saying they would take care of it. Funny how many reviews mention damaged floors.
