I would not recommend this moving company if they were the only company in the business.This was the 6th move my family has made being a military family. We decided to pay someone to move us, as we thought that would be easier and more cost effective. We were so WRONG! This company should be more responsible for the service they promise to provide. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE ON MY INSURANCE CLAIM AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS. Your guys didn't do the great job you promised and now you don't respond for the damage they made. What kind of company is this!!!!
RecommendedWe moved from North Carolina to Virginia and the process was surprisingly painless. Marrins accommodated our rather tight schedule and their crews were top notch. They showed up when promised, were careful with our belongings (no damage or loss), and made what is ordinarily a troublesome experience essentially hassle-free. Their price was better (by far) than two other estimates. I would definitely use them again.
I just had a fabulous experience with Marrin's Moving. They gave me a two hour window and called 5 minutes before the window started. The started on time. They were incredibly friendly and efficient. They took great care not to damage my apartment or the new furniture. Everything about the experience was great.

lousy deceptive service...promised 2 to 3 day move and it has been 2 weeks...supposed to come tomorrow and No word from anyone
Well I was so IMPRESSED with this company from the quote stage to the contact with the secretary after moving. They are polite, bend over backwards to go "beyond what they are required to do". Very careful with my furniture and I couldn't have hired a better company. I had a friend to recommend them who had used them for 2 moves, I figured they had to be good and they didn't disappoint. Worst company i ever dealt with, made our move a living hell. gave me a max quote and once all our goods were in the truck said it was more than they expected and raised the price if wanted it unloaded we had to pay their new price (extortion) Also broke multiple thing and would not do anything about it. Also items missing after move. Do not use worst company ever!!!
