Marrick Homes is a 5 Star Builder. I've had the experience of representing a Buyer who had Marrick build them a new home. From start to finish it was very professional. Beautiful
We've had one problem after another with our home. Most recently we had to re-tile our entire master bath because of an improperly installed shower pan. We've owned the house for 3 years and two out of the three we've had to have someone come out to re-attach pieces of siding that had come off. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The people are very, very friendly. The craftsmanship, not so much.
