My house is great, it’s my yard thats the problems. I have been complaining about the same things for a year. They keep coming to look at it, agree that it is an issue, tell me they’ll fix it then I don’t hear from them for weeks. Finally get a hold of them and they say there coming to fix it. Few weeks later they come and “fix” one of the issues. So then I have to start the whole process over again. Recently they did something to an empty lot behind me causing another issue for my yard. RecommendedLOVE OUR HOME!!! Our newly built home was being built when we purchased. They did an amazing job, and whenever we had a concern or question in the building process, they responded quickly and took note of any issues or concerns we had. Marrick has taken an extra step to help with HOA concerns and taken time to address them for the community whenever possible. I would absolutely recommend Marrick Homes to anyone. They have done an outstanding job getting my home built and working through the current crisis going on in the world today. poorly built with no support to follow up with concerns, should have taken heed to surrounding families warnings. it's been a year ands my floors are bulking in a room we're don't even go into often, and I have a hole in my wall had been there since construction ands closing! dont do it!
Marrick builds very good high quality homes throughout Southern Maryland. Military friendly and family oriented.
